    *1. Wrist

    Measure the largest part of the wrist

    *2. Elbow

    Measure the largest part of the elbow (center) 

    *3. Biceps

    Arm relaxed and be careful to measure the circumference in the center of the bicep 

    *4. Biceps

    Keep bicep fully tence and measure the largets part 

    *5. Shoulder

    Position the measuring tape around the armpits taking care it is vertical. Arms hanging down the side of the body. Measuring tape must perfectly copy around the shoulders

    *6. Forearm

    Measure from wrist bone to the center of the elbow 

    *7. Full arm

    Place measuring tape at string around neck. Extend it over the shoulder and elbow to the wrist bone. 

    *8. Neck

    Neck Circumference at Adam’s apple height 

    9up. Over breast (only for women)

    Position the measuring tape over the breast

    *9. Chest

    Measure the largest part of the chest at nipples level

    *10. Lower chest

    Position the measuring tape around the breastbone

    *11. Belly

    Position the measuring tape around the belly, half way between measures 10 and 12 

    *12. Waist

    Place the measuring tape at the navel height and horizontal

    *13. Buttocks

    Place the measuring tape at the widest point, keeping it horizontal

    *14. Groin

    Position the measuring tape at the largest point at the groin level

    *15. Thigh

    Position the measuring tape around the thigh muscle, half way between measures 14 and 16 

    *16. Knee

    Position the measuring tape around the knee’s center

    *17. Calf

    Position the measuring tape around the largest point of the calf’s muscle

    *18. Ankle

    Around ankle, position the measuring tape just above the ankle

    *19. Outside leg

    Make sure the cord is around the waist fully lined up with the navel and horizontal. Then extend the measuring tape from the cord down o the outside of the ankle bone 

    *20. Inside leg

    Position the measuring tape at the highest point of the groin, then extend it down to the center inside of ankle bone 

    *21. Lower leg

    Bend the leg 90 degrees and extend the measuring tape from the center of knee to the center inside of ankle bone 

    *22. Horizontal back

    Measure the length between the two armpits points maked in the pictures 

    *23. Vertical back

    Make sure that cord around the waist is still at navel height ad horizontal. Extend the measuring tape from the neck cord to the waist cord being careful that the measuring tape copies the body. 

    *24. Vertical chest

    Make sure that cord around the waist is still at navel height ad horizontal. Extend the measuring tape from the hollow spot at the base of the neck to the navel (front waist cord) 

    *25. Between legs

    Make sure that cord around the waist is still at navel height ad horizontal. Measure from the navel following down between the legs up to the center of the rear waist cord. IMPORTANT: There should be no slack in the measuring tape 

    *26. Whole body

    Measure from the hollow spot at the base of the neck, around the crotch, to the center of the rear neck cord. VERY IMPORTANT: make sure the measuring tape is flat against the body has NO slack. Keep your legs 30cm apart. 

    *27. Seated

    Sit on a table and make sure that the cord around the waist is still at the navel hight and horizontal. Keeping the back straight, measure from the waist cord down to the table 

    *28. Instep

    In standing position measure the circumference around the instep of the foot and the heel

    How to check you have correct measurements ? First Check Measurements: n.19 - n.20 = n.27 (tolerance ± 1cm) Second Check Measurements: n.23 + n24 + n25 = n.26 (tolerance ± 1cm)

Its construction is a mix between a uno.630 flex and a uno.630 tunnel:
The top part is all made in Cordura Flex with a super tight fit, while the bottom part has the same cut of the uno.630 Tunnel model, with a slightly loose fitting.
Uno.630 VFS Allows you to hang on your legs with power and at the same time to move your upper body very easily.
You’ll have minimum force and weight on your arms but power to adjust the speed range with your legs.
The ergonomic crotch allows maximum freedom of movement and is available in Diamant Elastic or Cordura Flex.
