How quickly will I receive my order?
Each product has it’s availability on the product page. If the product is “in stock”, it will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1 working day to your destintation. Shipping delays will be informed at checkout based on your location.
If a product is “available on backorder”, we will inform you of time delay depending on the requested product.
Shipping speeds will also depend on method of shipping you have selected at checkout
What do I do if I have made a mistake to my order, or if I am not satisfied with the product?
Please notify us as soon as possible, and send the article(s) back to us. Please use insured shipment (at your cost), with a copy of the order number and invoice. We will credit your account with the amount of your initially purchased items – minus shipping fees.
Please note that we will not accept returns if the products are damaged. For this, please refer to our shipping and waranty policies.
This does not apply on custom items, or items that are out of stock.
Does Indy Flying Concept have physical stores?
We have physical presence via pop-ups and/or representatives in the following Drop Zones:
– Skydive Cerfontaine (Belgium)
– Paraclub Namur (Belgium)
Please reach out to us physically at any time, we will be happy to assist you directly.
What can I do if the helmet or apparel I have ordered isn’t my size?
If you have ordered a helmet in stock, and size is inadequate, please notify us within 3 business days.
You will need to return the helmet to our warehouse immediately with insured shipment (at your cost), with a copy of the order number and invoice, and choice of new color or size. Please note that we will not accept returns if the products are damaged. For this, please refer to our shipping and waranty policies.
The same procedure applies and wrong sized Street/Fly wear (excluding jumpsuits).
No refund or exchange can be made for a custom helmet, or one which was ordered off stock.
If this were to happen, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the problem.
What can I do if the helmet or apparel I have ordered isn’t my size?
If you have ordered a STOCK SUIT, we will be able to accept returns.
Please notify us immediately upon reception, and return the suit to our warehouse immediately with insured shipment (at your cost), with a copy of the order number and invoice, and choice of new color or size for replacement suit.
Please note that we will not accept returns if the products have been worn or damaged. For this, please refer to our shipping and waranty policies.
What can I do if my altimeter or audible is not working properly anymore?
Please contact us and send it to the manufacturer directly for upgrade and/or exchange.
We will be able to assist you with any extra information needed.
How do I file a complaint?
